CJC-1295 and Sermorelin both act on the GHRH receptor. Combining them doesn't produce meaningful additional GH release and unnecessarily increases total peptide load. Choose one or the other. If you want complementary GH stimulation, pair either with Ipamorelin instead.

How each works

CJC-1295

Studies have demonstrated that CJC-1295 significantly increases plasma GH and IGF-1 levels. The DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) version extends the half-life to approximately 6–8 days via albumin binding, while Mod GRF 1-29 has a much shorter half-life (~30 minutes) and is dosed more acutely. Research in adults with GH deficiency has shown improved body composition and metabolic markers.

Sermorelin

Sermorelin works by binding pituitary GHRH receptors to stimulate GH secretion within the body's natural feedback loop. Unlike synthetic GH, it does not suppress endogenous production. Clinical studies show improved body composition, sleep quality, and IGF-1 levels in GH-deficient adults. Its short half-life (~10 min) means it requires daily dosing.
